Virtuous Styles wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases but unfortunately all sales are FINAL.

For the safety of you and all of our clients, we have strict requirements regarding all items from our store. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the product remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

If the seal is broken, we are unable to accept the return. This policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding hygiene-sensitive products.

Customers have the right to return a sealed product within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Whenever your order has not been shipped out yet, you have the right to cancel. The money of your order will be refunded 3-7 business day, depending on the payment method used.
