Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
SHIPPING POLICY
We value your purchase and aim to dispatch all orders stated in the product description. Please check our Shipping Policy.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Virtuous Styles wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases but unfortunately all sales are FINAL. For the safety of you and all of our clients, we have strict requirements regarding all items from our store.
We ship all our product registered and insured. We are responsible for the delivery until the tracking status confirms that the product has been delivered. Once the tracking system indicates that the product has been delivered, we can no longer be of any assistance.
Human hair is considered a hygienic product, therefore we can not refund or exchange any products if the seal of the product has been opened, broken or damaged. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
Our human hair are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously.
ORDER REFUNDS
Virtuous Styles does not offer refunds on any of our products once the seal has been broken, open or damaged. Our human hair are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
ORDER EXCHANGES
Virtuous Styles does not offer exchanges on any of our products. Our human hair are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Virtuous Styles is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and marked as delivered by the postal service. All orders come with full packaged insurance. In the event that you do not have possession of your delivered item, please inform us and open a claim with the shipping carrier - we will open a claim as well. If the claim is awarded in our favor, the insured amount can be provided to you as a refund or a credit towards your next order.
CUSTOM WIG UNITS AND CUSTOM COLOR
Custom wig units and custom color wig units are NON-REFUNDABLE! Custom wigs that are made with measurements can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Custom unit colors are made to order. Once the order is submitted, the order cannot be changed. The custom color you choose will be as close as possible to the photo. We will do our very best to match the color, however, there is no guarantee the color will be exactly the photo or description. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. HAIR CARE
We (Virtuous Styles) are not responsible for the care of your wig unit. If the hair becomes tangled, dry and damaged due to improper hair care, we are not responsible.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
